This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for TravelVPN purchases and subscriptions.
Monthly VPN plans are generally non-refundable once the VPN access has been activated and setup details have been delivered.
Yearly plans may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been significantly used and if the request is reasonable.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
