These Terms of Service govern your use of TravelVPN website and VPN services. By purchasing or using TravelVPN, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

TravelVPN provides VPN access designed to help users protect their internet connection, improve privacy on public Wi-Fi and access online services while travelling.

2. Account Access

VPN access is provided according to the selected plan. Each plan includes a specific number of devices. You must not resell, share or distribute your VPN access outside your permitted plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TravelVPN for:

Illegal activity
Fraud, phishing or scams
Spam or abusive email activity
Hacking, attacks or unauthorized access
Distribution of malware
Any activity that violates applicable laws

4. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused, used illegally or used in a way that may harm our infrastructure or third parties.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to the VPN service may require an active paid subscription or paid plan.

6. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, server issues, network outages or third-party provider problems may affect service.

7. No Guarantee of Third-Party Access

We do not guarantee that specific websites, streaming services, apps or platforms will always be accessible through the VPN. Third-party services may block or restrict VPN connections.

8. Limitation of Liability

TravelVPN is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits or third-party service restrictions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
